Products
Our sewing shop is specialized in the manufacture of textile-based advertising and fair systems, giant banners for indoor and outdoor needs. In outdoor areas they can be assembled for instance on:
- Facades
- Towers
- Scaffolding
- Sports fields
You can also wrap complete buildings.
Indoors they are, for instance, used for:
- Window displays
- Advertising design of sales rooms
- Additional support in trade fair presentation
in stretch frames, with welting systems and velcro connections.
Areal and technical equipment
We work on a production floor covering more than 800 m² with single-needle short-arm and high performance double -needle long-arm machines as well as zigzag sewing machines. For threadless material connection seams we have an ultrasonic welding machine at our disposal.
Design drawings are recalculated for the most varied geometrical shapes with our in-company special software
for example for spheres, cones, ellipses as well as for irregular forms.
Additional seam information is extrapolated for graphics extending over sections and prepared for the printing process.
Even the most varied stretch behavior of the materials used in warp and weft directions is handled with precision to the millimeter.
